This Wednesday the challenge is simple — bring someone you don't really know yet. A coworker. A neighbor. Someone from the gym you've never actually talked to. Drag them out on a Wednesday night and introduce them to Sprint Society.

Worst case they have a great run. Best case they become a regular. Either way, it makes for a great story.

Acknowledgment of Risk

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge, agree, and understand that participating in the Sprint Society Run Club events, including but not limited to running, walking, or any activities associated with the club, involves inherent risks that may result in bodily injury, illness, death, property damage, or other harm. These risks include, but are not limited to:

- Slips, trips, or falls.
- Collisions with other participants, objects, or vehicles.
- Injuries caused by uneven terrain, weather conditions, or other environmental factors.
- Physical exertion that may result in exhaustion, dehydration, or other medical conditions.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the run club activities.

Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in Sprint Society Run Club activities, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge Sprint Society (54th Street Capital LLC)  its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors, and affiliates (collectively referred to as “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any minor I bring to the event, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, while participating in or traveling to/from any Sprint Society activity.
Assumption of Responsibility

I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for my own safety and the safety of any minor(s) in my care during Sprint Society events. I will take all necessary precautions, including but not limited to:

- Following all traffic rules and event guidelines.
- Being aware of my physical limitations and fitness level.
- Ensuring any minor in my care abides by the rules and remains under my supervision at all times.

I further acknowledge that Sprint Society does not provide medical insurance or medical staff at any of its events. In the event of an emergency, I authorize Sprint Society or its representatives to seek medical assistance on my behalf or on behalf of any minor in my care, and I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to my participation or the participation of any minor in my care in Sprint Society activities.

Photo/Media Release

I grant Sprint Society permission to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the events for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.

Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue, and I sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
