Bro-lates is a **private, male-only event** designed to introduce Pilates in a welcoming, no-pressure environment. Whether you’re a Pilates regular or a lifter looking to improve core strength, mobility, balance, and performance in the gym, this session delivers.

Expect a **50-minute FS8 Pilates class** focused on strength, control, and functional movement, followed by a **casual in-studio happy hour** to hang out, connect, and recover. (Drinks provided).
