Join us for an unforgettable rooftop pool experience featuring music, food, drinks, great energy, and community. This event is hosted by Rhythm & Brunch and is one of LA's premier summer experiences.

🎟️ IMPORTANT: All attendees must purchase an official ticket through the Rhythm & Brunch Eventbrite page. Purchasing a ticket is mandatory for event entry.

RSVPing through The Climb LA sweatpals does not grant admission to the event.

Access to The Climb Cabana, The Climb LA's designated community homebase and gathering space, does not include event admission and is only available to attendees with a valid SweatPals Cabana Access Ticket.

THE CLIMB LA WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & COMMUNITY AGREEMENT

By registering for or attending any event, activity, climb, hike, workout, wellness experience, social gathering, volunteer activity, networking event, pool event, or community program hosted, organized, or promoted by The Climb LA, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in physical and recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, physical exertion, dehydration, illness, equipment failure, weather conditions, transportation-related incidents, swimming activities, and injuries that may result from participation.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Health Responsibility

I certify that I am physically capable of participating and understand that I am solely responsible for monitoring my own health, fitness level, medical conditions, and limitations.

I understand that The Climb LA does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical services.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless The Climb LA, its founders, officers, directors, volunteers, ambassadors, event leaders, sponsors, partners, venues, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in any Climb LA activity.

Media Release

I grant The Climb LA permission to photograph, film, record, and use my image, likeness, voice, testimonial, and appearance in promotional materials, social media content, marketing campaigns, educational materials, fundraising initiatives, and community communications without compensation.

Community Standards

I agree to conduct myself respectfully and professionally toward all participants, volunteers, partners, staff, and venues.

The Climb LA reserves the right to refuse participation, remove attendees, or deny future participation to anyone whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, intoxicated, or otherwise inconsistent with community standards.

Refund Policy

I understand that registration fees, membership fees, ticket purchases, and event fees are subject to The Climb LA Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Event credits or transfers may be offered at The Climb LA's sole discretion.

Acknowledgment

By completing this wavier you agree and participating in any Climb LA activity, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver, Release of Liability, Media Release, Community Standards Agreement, and Refund Policy.
