Join us for an unforgettable sunset beach run along the beautiful shores of Pompano Beach! 🌊☀️ We’re hitting 3 miles of movement with an optional 2-mile walk route available — whatever your pace, we got you.

BTE CLUB – WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in any event hosted by BTE Club, including but not limited to runs, workouts, meet-ups, or fitness activities, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
	1.	Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participating in physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risks involved.
	2.	Physical Condition:
I affirm that I am in good physical condition and capable of participating in the event. I have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional.
	3.	Release of Liability:
I release and discharge BTE Club, its organizers, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation in any BTE event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
	4.	Medical Treatment:
In the case of an emergency, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary and understand that I am solely responsible for any medical costs incurred.
	5.	Media Consent:
I grant permission for BTE Club to use any photos or videos taken of me during events for promotional or marketing purposes across social media and other platforms.
	6.	Code of Conduct:
I agree to respect all participants and follow event instructions to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.
