Burke Babes Community Workout!

Thursday class update! We have a new location for the month of December (and hopefully through the cold/dark months!). We will meet at the B2 Wellness Suites located in the Chamber of Commerce building. It is on the second floor in suite 204. We will be meeting in the conference room, right when you walk in the space. Im so excited to have us a place for our Thursday night classes!

This strength training workout is for women only, of all ages and abilities (kids are welcome to jump in too!). If you’re joining live, I’ll have dumbbells available, but feel free to bring your own for the right challenge. You’ll also want a mat/towel (the grass is usually dewy) and water. There’s a bathroom and playground on site if needed.

If you’re joining virtually, you’ll need a workout mat or flat space, dumbbells or resistance bands, and water. We’ll be streaming live on Instagram + Facebook (@alliepburkecpt).

We start about 5 minutes after the listed time with mobility work, then move into a full-body strength workout.
