By Grace Movement is a faith-based fitness class. 50 minutes of moving your body intentionally via sculpting, stretching, and worship! Our class combines yoga, pilates, and bodyweight exercises for a low impact but challenging whole body workout. 

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. We will provide all other equipment.

Class is encouraged to be taken barefoot or in grip socks.

About the Instructor

Dallas native Gracie Peterson grew up as a competitive dancer and athlete with a passion for movement. Gracie received a BFA with Presidential Honors in Dance and Media from the University of Georgia. During her time at UGA, she earned her Power Vinyasa 200 hour certification. Dance brought her to New York City where she studied under the industry’s top teachers. Gracie trained in fitness styles ranging from sculpting to restorative while she began full time teaching and studio management. In 2023 she toured the nation as a dancer in “The Thorn”, and currently teaches dance, yoga, and fitness across Dallas. Gracie hopes each student leaves her class feeling empowered, and in tune with their body, and their Maker.
