Event Waiver and Release of Liability
Assumption of Risk

I understand that Pilates is a physical exercise method that may include stretching, strengthening, balance, and conditioning movements. I acknowledge that participation carries certain inherent risks including, but not limited to, muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, or more serious injury. I accept full responsibility for evaluating my own physical condition and deciding whether to participate.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Inner Sol Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, and the venue from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in this Pilates event.

Medical Acknowledgment
	•	I affirm that I am physically capable of participating in Pilates exercises.
	•	I have disclosed any health conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect my ability to participate.
	•	I understand that no medical personnel will be provided, and I assume full responsibility for my health during the event.
	•	If an injury or emergency occurs, I consent to medical treatment and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.

Personal Responsibility
	•	I agree to follow the instructor’s guidance and respect my own physical limits.
	•	I will immediately stop any movement that causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
	•	I understand that Inner Sol Studio and the venue are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

Photography & Media Release 

I grant permission for Inner Sol Studio to use photos or videos taken during this event that may include my image for promotional purposes, without compensation.

Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. If any portion of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remainder shall still be valid and enforceable.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability.
