**CASA YAYA — PILATES WAIVER (18+)**

By registering for and participating in this Pilates class at Kirk Park, I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and understand that exercise involves inherent risks, including muscle strains, falls, dehydration, heat-related illness, and other injuries.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and voluntarily accept the risks associated with Pilates and outdoor exercise. I agree to follow the instructor’s guidance, take breaks as needed, and stop if I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

To the extent permitted by Florida law, I release Casa Yaya, its organizers, instructors, and event partners from liability for claims arising from my participation, including ordinary negligence where legally permitted. This does not waive any rights that cannot legally be waived.

I understand that this is an outdoor event and that I am responsible for my personal belongings and any medical expenses incurred.
