Beginner Calisthenics Foundations by Bar Villains

New to calisthenics or unsure where to start? This class is designed for beginners who want to learn bodyweight training on the bars in a simple, supportive environment.

We’ll focus on foundational bar movements:
• Dead hangs
• Shoulder engagement (scap pulls)
• Assisted pull-up holds
• Controlled negatives

Each movement is broken down step by step with an emphasis on control, breathing, and proper form. No prior experience is needed, and all levels are welcome.

Questions & Coaching
There will be dedicated time during the session to ask questions, get form checks, and better understand each movement. Whether you’re unsure about grip, shoulder positioning, or how to progress safely, this is a space to learn without pressure.

This class is about building confidence on the bar, not rushing reps or training with ego.
