Bar Villains Calisthenics Session 🦾

Pull up and train with us. This is more than just a workout it’s about building strength, discipline, and a mindset that carries over into real life.

All levels are welcome whether you’re just starting out or already working on advanced skills. We’ll meet you where you’re at and push you to the next level.

During the session we’ll go over:
	•	Pull-up progressions (assisted → strict → explosive)
	•	Push-up variations (form, endurance, control)
	•	Dips and upper body strength foundations
	•	Core work (leg raises, L-sits, stability)
	•	Handstand basics + balance work
	•	Intro to calisthenics skills like muscle-ups (progressions and technique)

Everything is broken down so you actually understand what you’re doing not just going through the motions.

This isn’t about ego or showing off. It’s about putting in real work, learning proper form, and building consistency.
