Camp Cake is bringing back this lower body, glute-emphasized sculpt session, but with a twist!&#x20;

Per usual, we'll be bringing good music, good vibes, resistance bands, bodyweight strength work, pulse movements, a little sweat, and a room full of women locking in **TOGETHER**.



This time, however, I’m teaming up with Dayana "DayB", a networking coach who helps women connect with more confidence, purpose, and ease.



After class, stay for Cake & Conversations - our community wind-down where we’ll talk through real life things like wellness, goals, discipline, confidence, relationships, business, money mindset, friendship, and everything in between.



The goal is simple: move your body, meet good women, have real conversation, and leave feeling a little more locked in than when you came.



Whether you’re restarting your routine, outside all summer, postpartum, advanced, beginner, building your confidence, or somewhere in between, come **EXACTLY** as you are.

CAMP CAKE x SHES IN THE ROOM (CAKE & CONNECTIONS) PARTICIPANT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND MEDIA RELEASE

In consideration of being permitted to participate in Camp Cake/She's In The Room and any related activities (collectively, the "Activities"), hosted by CRACO LLC, Camp Cake, She's In The Room, Melissa Brown, Dayana Branchedor, event instructors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, venue owners, and affiliated parties (collectively, the "Released Parties"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in fitness, wellness, and recreational activities involves certain inherent risks and physical demands. These risks may include, without limitation, temporary discomfort, muscle soreness, strains, sprains, slips, falls, fatigue, dehydration, aggravation of existing conditions, and other physical or health-related complications that may arise from participation in physical activity.

I acknowledge that the nature and extent of such risks may vary from person to person based on individual health, fitness level, and other personal factors. I voluntarily choose to participate in the Activities and accept responsibility for any risks associated with my participation.

2. HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I represent and warrant that I am physically capable of participating in the Activities and have no known condition that would prevent my safe participation.

I understand that the Released Parties are not healthcare providers and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician or qualified healthcare professional regarding any questions or concerns related to my participation in physical activity.

I agree to discontinue participation and notify event staff if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, illness, or any other symptoms that may affect my ability to participate safely.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to my participation in the Activities, except where prohibited by law.

This release includes, without limitation, claims arising from personal injury, illness, property damage, or other losses that may occur in connection with participation in the Activities.

4. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND MEDIA RELEASE

I understand that photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings may be captured during Camp Cake events.

I hereby grant CRACO LLC x CAMP CAKE x SHES IN THE ROOM the unrestricted right to photograph, record, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance for marketing, promotional, advertising, educational, social media, website, and other lawful business purposes without compensation or additional consent.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials in which my likeness may appear.

5. PERSONAL PROPERTY

I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings. The Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

6. RULES OF PARTICIPATION

I agree to follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and directions provided by event staff and instructors.

I understand that CAMP CAKE x SHES IN THE ROOM reserves the right to refuse participation, remove participants, or deny future attendance to any individual whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or detrimental to the experience of others.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT

I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand this Waiver, Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Media Release.

I understand that by agreeing to these terms, I am waiving certain legal rights and voluntarily accepting responsibility for my participation in the Activities.

BY REGISTERING FOR, PURCHASING A TICKET TO, ATTENDING, OR PARTICIPATING IN CAMP CAKE, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. MY REGISTRATION, PURCHASE, CHECK-IN, AND/OR PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES MY ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
