Yes! There will be plenty of parking — no need to circle the block.

🕖 **What time does class start?**
Class begins promptly at **7:00 PM**. Please arrive **10-15 minutes early** to check in, settle in, and get grounded.

Yes, please bring your own mat. All levels are welcome!

I hereby release and hold harmless Tupaz Wellness, Lante, Lizard Yoga, Gisset Paz, the event organizers, instructors, venue, videographers, and photographers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, or damages that may result from my participation.

Media Release
I understand that a photographer and videographer will be present during the event and that images or footage of me may be captured. By attending, I grant permission for any photos or videos taken during the event to be used by Tupaz Wellness, Lante, Lizard Yoga, and Gisset Paz across all social media platforms, websites, marketing materials, or promotional content, without compensation or prior notice.
