I’m hosting a second Candlelight Yin Yoga + Sound Bath in July for women who are in need of slowing down and supporting their nervous system in a gentle, intentional way.



This class is similar to the past two yin classes that I hosted before (Yin Yoga, guided meditation, and sound healing) with the same focus on returning to softness in the body.



We’ll use long-held, supported postures to help release tension from the hips, spine, heart, and lower belly/womb space. The goal is not to push your body or force flexibility.&#x20;



The goal is to create enough stillness and support for your body to relax, your breath to deepen, and your nervous system to settle.



We’ll end the Yin practice in savasana with a guided meditation before moving into a  sound bath.



Tea will be available before and after class. **Yoga mats and blocks are provided.**



This is an all-levels class and beginner-friendly. Come as you are :)
