It's time to celebrate the women in our lives with art and connection. Together we'll enjoy a stress-free afternoon in the garden while painting, chatting, and sipping tea ☕



We'll boost our endorphins with laughter 😀, oxytocin with connection 🛠️, serotonin with spring sunshine ☀️, and dopamine with creating something beautiful 🎨



🌸 What to Expect

Your hostess will have tables and chairs set up in the backyard with small easels 🖌️ for those who want to paint and plenty of space for anyone who prefers to draw, color, or bring their own craft.&#x20;



There will be painting supplies and stencils, as well as blank canvases for those who want to freehand or experiment. Paper crafts will also be available for anyone who'd love to make a heartfelt card for the mothers and women in their lives.



A tea station will be set up with herbal and caffeinated teas 🍵 and other non-alcoholic options. Feel free to bring a snack to share! 🥨

RSVP Policy: Anyone who has RSVP'd for an in-home event and been a no-show will be added to a waitlist so other members have a chance to attend. Please honor the time and care that goes into hosting — if your plans change, a minimum of 24-hour notice is kindly requested.

Event Waiver & Agreement
By attending this International Women's Day event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in this event involves activities including but not limited to painting, crafting, and socializing in an outdoor/indoor residential setting. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or illness.

Health & Safety
I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in this event. I agree to immediately inform the host of any injuries, accidents, or health concerns that arise during the event.

Property & Personal Belongings
I understand that the host is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal belongings. I will exercise reasonable care to avoid damaging the host's property and agree to take responsibility for any damage I cause.

Photography & Media
I understand that photos or videos may be taken during this event for promotional purposes related to Renew Collective. I consent to the use of my image in such materials unless I notify the host otherwise.

RSVP Policy
I understand and agree to the RSVP policy requiring 24-hour cancellation notice. I acknowledge that failure to cancel with adequate notice or being a "no-show" may result in being placed on a waitlist for future in-home events.

Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless the event host, Renew Collective, Rachel Radcliffe and any associated organizers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event.

Acknowledgment
I have read and fully understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
