Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in outdoor Pilates classes involves physical activity performed on natural or uneven terrain, and that outdoor conditions may include (but are not limited to) weather changes, insects, sun exposure, uneven ground, and other environmental hazards. I acknowledge that physical exercise carries an inherent risk of injury, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown.

Health Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation in this class. I agree to inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to class, and to modify or stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort.

Release of Liability

In consideration for being allowed to participate, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns, release and hold harmless [Studio Name], its instructors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, or damages arising from my participation in this class, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
