Weekly run club meet up. All levels are welcomed. We break up into pace groups so things are ran smoothly. We have music and free water on site. 6pm link up, 6:15 we do a group stretch and we take off...

Our goal for this Run Club is to motivate others to go outside and break a sweat with like minded people in our community. You may think running is something you do on your own but when you run as a unit there’s accountability, there’s motivation and it makes you feel like you’re a part of something.
