Gather with us as we host our first event at Fabrik, a social space in River North. We can't wait to share this new space with the Wellness4Every1 community.&#x20;

Attendees will enjoy a live cello performance paired with a restorative yoga flow led by [**Christina Corso**](https://www.ccyogi.com/meet-christina), the founder of [**The Yoga Seed**](https://www.theyogaseed.com/). This will be a deeply grounding experience centered around relaxation, mobility, and functional movement. We are creating space for your body to unwind and reset. Unlike traditional Vinyasa, this session emphasizes slow, supported poses designed to release tension and regulate your nervous system.&#x20;

All levels are welcome to come as you are and leave feeling restored.&#x20;

Feel free to bring your own yoga mat/bolster; we'll have some available to use as well.
