Join us on the last Sunday of every month from April to September for a transformative Chakra Healing Workshop. Beginning with the Root Chakra and ending at the Crown Chakra. Meet Your Instructor

Tami is an RYT200 hr yoga teacher, Yoga Alliance certified by the award-winning Mimi Yoga Studio. Tami’s classes emphasize the power of affirmations and connection to the energy body, empowering others through liberating expression. As a first-gen Haitian American and Miami resident for over 10 years, Tami is passionate about building community.

Her purpose is to continue sharing the life-changing benefits of yoga and wellness with diversity and inclusion in mind. She regularly leads body movement synchronized to sound and vinyasa flows with breathwork sessions, online and in-person. Follow her holistic care journey and upcoming events @yourplugstation
