Join us for a high-energy day of tennis, community, and competition at *Champions of the Court*—a unique doubles tournament and beginners clinic held in the heart of South LA. Whether you’re an experienced player ready to battle it out for cash prizes, or a new player looking to sharpen your skills, this event has something for you.



### **DOUBLES TOURNAMENT – “Champions of the Court”**

For intermediate and advanced players, this fast-paced doubles format is all about staying on the winners’ side of the court. Bring your best game and compete for cash, bragging rights, and giveaways from our event sponsors.

**Tournament Details:**

* Brackets for *Intermediate* & *Advanced* players
* 2 flights with 3 rounds of play
* Points earned only while on the *Champions side*

###  **BEGINNERS CLINIC**

New to the game or just getting comfortable? Join our 2-hour clinic designed specifically for beginner players (2.75 and below). You’ll receive hands-on instruction from certified coaches and get a feel for the game in a fun, supportive setting. After the clinic, stick around to cheer on the tournament finals!

**Clinic Perks:**

* Open to players rated 2.75 and below
* Demo racquets and shoes available
* Great intro to doubles play and tennis basics

GENERAL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in any event, program, or activity organized by All-Love Racquet Club, including but not limited to tennis tournaments, clinics, community activations, or social gatherings (collectively, “Events”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in physical activities, including but not limited to tennis, pickleball, padel, and related recreational or wellness activities, carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or property loss. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, known or unknown, arising from my participation.

2. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless All-Love Racquet Club, its partners (including but not limited to Fortune Tennis), sponsors, event collaborators, volunteers, coaches, and staff from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of or related to my participation in any Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize All-Love Racquet Club and its representatives to secure medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation.

4. Media Release
I grant All-Love Racquet Club and its partners permission to capture and use photographs, video, or audio recordings taken of me during any Event for marketing, promotional, or archival purposes, without compensation.

5. Fitness to Participate
I certify that I am in good health and physically able to participate in the activities involved. I have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

6. Minors
If I am registering a participant under the age of 18, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and agree to this waiver on their behalf.

By signing below or completing event registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver.

Champions of The Court Doubles Tournament + Beginners Clinic 

Good news! Due to demand, we are adding another court for beginners I and beginner II players! Sign up now for your spot! 

Skills Clinic ONLY: You’ve had some instruction and can rally short balls with other beginners. You’re working on consistency, footwork, and understanding basic rules and court positioning. You can serve but may still struggle with control and confidence in live play.

Skills Clinic ONLY: You’re brand new to tennis or just starting out. You’re still learning the basics—how to hold the racquet, proper swing technique, and how to make consistent contact with the ball. You’re building coordination and getting comfortable on the court.

Tournament Play ONLY: You can sustain rallies with medium pace, place serves with some consistency, and understand positioning in doubles. You’re developing control, using topspin or slice occasionally, and are comfortable playing both at the baseline and at the net.

Tournament Play ONLY: You hit with pace, spin, and control. You can serve reliably under pressure, execute volleys and overheads with confidence, and use strategic shot placement and court awareness to your advantage. You thrive in competitive match play and know how to build points.
