Charity Sculpt Class for Autism Speaks

Join us for a special Sculpt Workout Class led by Lauren Dicomo, open to all fitness levels. Come move, sweat, and support a meaningful cause while giving back to the community.

All donations from this event will go toward Jackeline Athanas’s Chicago Marathon fundraiser benefiting Autism Speaks.

What Is a Sculpt Class?

Sculpt is a full-body weighted yoga-inspired workout that blends strength training, balance, core work, and low-impact cardio. Using light weights and bodyweight movements, this class helps build strength, improve endurance, and leave you feeling energized. Modifications will be offered, making it welcoming for all levels.

Autism spectrum disorder refers to a range of conditions involving challenges with social skills, communication, and repetitive behaviors.

Autism Speaks provides advocacy, resources, support, and research to help individuals with autism and their families throughout every stage of life.
