**AX GAMEDAY: Workout + Recovery + Social @ Tetto Chicago**

AthletEX is bringing our summer GAMEDAY series to Chicag&#x6F;**—**&#x61;n event for former college and pro athletes featuring fitness, recovery, and social experiences all in on&#x65;**!** In partnership with **The Hidden Opponent**, the leading nonprofit for athlete mental health, we’re bridging the gap between support for current athletes and life after sport.

Join us for a morning of working out, recovery, normatecs, and goodies provided by our favorite brand partners!

**THE GAMEPLAN:**

🏋️‍♂️ HIIT Workout - workout led by former college athletes.   **BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT FOR THIS PLEASE.**

⚡️ Recovery Lounge - Unwind post-workout with Normatecs, cold plunging, massage guns, recovery tools, and snacks to keep you fueled and feeling good.
