AX GAMEDAY: Workout + Recovery + Social @ Tetto Chicago

AthletEX is bringing our summer GAMEDAY series to Chicago—an event for former college and pro athletes featuring fitness, recovery, and social experiences all in one! In partnership with The Hidden Opponent, the leading nonprofit for athlete mental health, we’re bridging the gap between support for current athletes and life after sport.

Join us for a morning of working out, recovery, normatecs, and goodies provided by our favorite brand partners!

THE GAMEPLAN:

🏋️‍♂️ HIIT Workout - workout led by former college athletes. BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT FOR THIS PLEASE.

⚡️ Recovery Lounge - Unwind post-workout with Normatecs, cold plunging, massage guns, recovery tools, and snacks to keep you fueled and feeling good.
