Consent and Release
I, the undersigned, hereby grant Nova Foundation, its representatives, employees, licensees, contractors, and assigns (collectively “Organization”) the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture my likeness, image, voice, and/or performance (the “Media”) during or in connection with the above event or program.
I authorize Nova Foundation to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, or otherwise exploit the Media, in whole or in part, in any form and in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, for any lawful purpose including, but not limited to, publicity, advertising, marketing, educational, and promotional materials.

Testimonials and Quotes
I understand and agree that any feedback, written statements, or verbal testimonials I provide (the “Testimonials”) may be recorded, transcribed, edited for clarity, and used by the Organization, together with my name, likeness, or image, for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes. This includes, without limitation, use on websites, printed publications, newsletters, presentations, press releases, and social media.
I waive any right to review or approve the final version of the Testimonials or Media before use, and I acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for such use.

Waiver of Rights
I understand and agree that:
I will not receive any compensation for the use of the Media.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the Media or any finished product in which the Media may appear.

I release and discharge the Organization from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the use of the Media, including, without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy, violation of publicity rights, defamation, or any other personal and/or property rights.


Governing Law
This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Organization is located.
