**please bring:**&#x20;

* **your own yoga mat**&#x20;
* *optional: towel for underneath your mat (this is an outdoor class)*

resistance bands will be provided for class&#x20;

In participating, I release Nomad Yoga, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims or liability for injuries or damages arising from my participation.

I grant permission to Nomad Yoga to take photo and video during the event, and to use such media for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
