CGS is excited to launch our **first indoor winter series**, giving you a home to train, grow, and stay consistent all season long.

Our **Soft Serve Series** runs February through April and will be led by **Coach Leah and Coach Kyle**. Sessions are beginner-friendly and include:

* Beginner Skill-building drills
* Match play & games!
* Confidence-boosting support for spring sessions!

**Limited spots — only 8 girls per session!** Exact court numbers will be sent via SMS once your spot is secured.

I understand that participation in City Girls Serve (CGS) Soft Serve Series tennis activities involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, or other injuries. I knowingly assume all risks.

I hereby release and hold harmless City Girls Serve, its coaches, volunteers, organizers, and JTCC from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of injury, damage, or loss sustained while participating, including travel to and from sessions.

I certify that the participant is in good health and capable of participating in tennis activities. In the event of injury, I authorize CGS staff or JTCC personnel to secure medical treatment if necessary, and I understand that all costs are my responsibility.

I consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes, including social media, website, or marketing materials.
