Start your morning with intentional movement led by top-tier instructors, then transition into a DJ-powered rooftop pool experience with wellness vendors, recovery services, and food + drinks available.

Kick things off with a morning designed to awaken your body and elevate your energy:

• Optional .5 mile shakeout run/walk to get the body warm
• A 60-minute Strength/HIIT + Yoga fusion session
• Optional sound bowl recovery experience to reset your mind
• Transition into a rooftop pool party with curated sounds (RnB, Hip Hop, Afrobeats)
• Access to wellness vendors offering recovery + performance services
• Food & drinks available from Eden Rooftop & Blue Hound
