Join **Maggie from Salt + Core Pilates** for a **45-minute, high-energy Pilates class** designed to make you feel strong, empowered, and proud of everything your body can do. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, this class is for *everyone*.

After class, stick around to enjoy:

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that participation in Pilates and fitness activities involves physical movement and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or other physical harm. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, whether known or unknown, that may occur as a result of my participation.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this activity and understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation if I have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. I agree to listen carefully, follow all instructions provided by the instructor and staff, and to stop participation immediately if I feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Salt + Core Pilates, Maggie Mulligan, event staff, the venue, and any affiliated partners, vendors, or sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in this event.

I also grant permission for Salt + Core Pilates to capture and use photos and/or videos taken during the event for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.

If I am under the age of 18, I acknowledge that a parent or legal guardian is providing consent on my behalf.

By completing my ticket purchase, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to all terms listed above.
