3. Release of Liability for Media Use I release Let’s Go Girls, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, demands, or causes of action related to the use of my image, likeness, or voice, including claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or defamation.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver I understand that attending Let’s Go Girls events may involve certain risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, accidents, or other injuries. By participating, I voluntarily assume all risks related to my attendance and agree that Let’s Go Girls, its affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or accident occurring at or after the event.
5. No Obligation Let’s Go Girls is not obligated to use any media in which I appear.
