We’re hosting a clothing swap: an easy, no-pressure way to trade pieces that no longer spark anything for you, and walk away with something you’ll wear on repeat.

Bring gently-loved clothes, shoes, or accessories you’re ready to let go of. We'll have racks and tables set up so you can browse, try on, style, and chat. Come solo or bring that friend whose closet you’re always secretly eyeing.

Better (and way more fun) than buying new.

Leftovers? We'll handle donations so nothing goes to waste.

Clothing Swap Waiver & Release
By participating in this clothing swap event (the “Event”) organized by Pink Matter, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Personal Responsibility & Condition of Items
I understand that all items exchanged are secondhand and provided “as is,” with no guarantees about quality, fit, or condition. I agree to inspect any items I take before leaving and accept them at my own discretion.

2. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Pink Matter, its owners, employees, volunteers, and venue partners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in this Event, including but not limited to issues related to clothing condition, allergies, or personal injury.

3. Damage or Loss
I understand I am responsible for my own belongings during the Event, and that Pink Matter is not liable for lost or stolen items.

4. Photo & Video Release 
I grant permission for photographs or video taken at the Event to be used by Pink Matter for marketing and promotional purposes. If I prefer not to be photographed, I will notify the organizer at the start of the Event.
