Keep the momentum going after this Saturday’s run with a guided post-run yoga session upstairs at Pomeroy, led by Kylee Weiher.

We’ll get started around 10:15 AM once the run wraps. Expect a 30-minute session focused on recovery, mobility, and resetting your body after the miles.
