* 11am: 2 mile fun run/walk led by Body Art Run Club&#x20;
* 12pm: Takeover at Party Cove&#x20;
* Live DJ set by Diego the Fuego&#x20;
* Free energy drinks, hydration & more!&#x20;
* Giveaways announced on the lake! (make sure to rsvp)

By signing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in an event organized and hosted by Body Art Run Club, Sipeasy, and Austin Paddle Co. I understand that this event involves physical activity and water-based recreation, both of which carry inherent risks.

I expressly agree to the following:

1. **Assumption of Risk:** I acknowledge that participating in running and paddle boarding involves potential hazards including, but not limited to, physical exertion, slips, falls, collisions, water-related risks, heat exposure, equipment failure, and actions of other participants. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. **Release of Liability:** I release and discharge **Body Art Run Club**, **Sipeasy**, **Austin Paddle Co.**, and their respective owners, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, partners, contractors, and affiliates (collectively, “Event Organizers”) from any and all liability, claims, or demands for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, including death, arising from or related to my participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. **Medical Treatment:** I consent to receive any medical treatment deemed advisable during the event and understand that I am solely responsible for any related costs.

4. **Media Release:** I grant permission to **Body Art Run Club**, **Sipeasy**, and **Austin Paddle Co.** to use any photographs, video, or recordings of me taken during the event for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation.

5. **Legal Age & Authority:** I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age and legally competent to sign this waiver, or that I am the legal parent or guardian of the participant listed below.

I have carefully read and fully understand this waiver and release, and I sign it voluntarily.
