**Participant Waiver and Release:**
By participating in *Club Paddle Honolulu* and any related activities (including but not limited to paddle boarding, swimming, beach activities, and social gatherings), I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1. **Voluntary Participation:** I am voluntarily participating in this event and understand that activities on or near water carry inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, drowning, dehydration, sun exposure, and other potential injuries.

2. **Assumption of Risk:** I assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to those caused by weather, water conditions, my own health and fitness level, other participants, and event logistics.

3. **Release of Liability:** I hereby release and hold harmless **Body Art Run Club (BARC)**, its organizers, partners, sponsors (including Adidas), vendors, venue owners, and all affiliated personnel from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of or related to my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. **Health & Safety:** I certify that I am physically capable of participating and will take all necessary precautions for my safety. I understand that no medical services or lifeguard supervision may be provided and that I am solely responsible for my own well-being during the event.

5. **Personal Property:** I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own belongings and that BARC and its affiliates are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. **Photography & Media:** I grant permission to BARC and its partners to use photos, videos, or recordings of me from the event for promotional purposes, without expectation of compensation.

7. **Alcohol & Conduct:** If alcohol is present, I agree to consume responsibly and understand that participation while impaired may increase risk. I agree to behave respectfully toward all participants and event staff.
