Chicago's finally warm again — and this is exactly how you should be spending the first real Saturday of the season.

We're taking over the entire rooftop at Joy District.&#x20;

Think open sky, bold murals, lush greenery, and skyline views in every direction. VIP lounge seating, high vibration energy, and an afternoon that feels both intentional and effortless.&#x20;

Here's how the afternoon flows:

Doors open at noon — arrive, settle in, soak up the rooftop. At 1:00PM we move into a guided yoga flow designed for all levels, the kind that leaves you feeling alive and present.&#x20;

From there the rooftop becomes yours — post-class conversation, a drink in hand, on-site massage, and a vibe that naturally builds into a live DJ set at 3pm. No rush to leave. Nowhere better to be.

Higher Vibration Living — Event Waiver & Release of Liability

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in yoga, movement, and wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strain, or other health-related issues. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with my involvement.

2. Health & Responsibility

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this event and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I agree to listen to my body, modify movements as needed, and take full responsibility for my well-being during the event.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless Higher Vibration Living, its founder Giavanna Moran, event staff, instructors, venue partners, and any affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation.

4. Alcohol Acknowledgment

I understand that alcoholic beverages may be available at this event. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily choosing to consume alcohol (if applicable) and accept full responsibility for my actions and well-being. I agree to drink responsibly and understand that Higher Vibration Living and its affiliates are not responsible for any incidents related to alcohol consumption. Participants must be 21+ to consume alcohol.

5. Venue & Environment

I acknowledge that this event takes place at a rooftop venue and may involve environmental factors such as uneven surfaces, weather conditions, or other external elements. I accept responsibility for my personal safety within the space.

6. Photo & Video Release

I understand that a photographer and/or videographer may be present at this event. By attending, I grant Higher Vibration Living permission to capture and use photos and videos of me for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.

If I do not wish to be photographed, I understand it is my responsibility to notify the event organizer in advance.

7. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

8. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
