Welcome to **Club Zero**, a new kind of social experience where movement, self-discovery, music, and community come together.



Join us at **A.C.E. on Laskin Rd.** for an alcohol-free wellness experience designed to help you move, connect, and have a great time—without sacrificing your well-being.



We'll start with a large group yoga session. Move, stretch, breathe, and reset with an energizing experience led by **Shine Yoga**. After the class, grab a mocktail curated by **Crunchy Hydration** and explore interactive experiences designed to help you discover new ways to support your physical, mental, and social well-being.



**Sense of Agency** will be bringing the soundtrack for an unforgettable wellness social.

We're so glad you've chosen to participate in our programming. Before participating in any of our classes, workshops, or community events, please take a moment to read and acknowledge the following:

Acknowledgement of Participation

By signing below, I acknowledge that I am choosing to participate in classes, workshops, and community events offered by Oasis Health Group LLC and any affiliated subsidiaries or subcontractors. I understand that these practices are generally safe and beneficial, and I agree to listen to my body and participate at a level that feels right for me.

Health & Responsibility

I understand that Oasis Health community programming may involve physical movement or activations and that any class may carry some risk of injury. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and will take full responsibility for my health and safety during all sessions. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician before beginning any physical activity.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By signing this waiver, I voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness (including but not limited to contagious or infectious diseases), or damages that may result from my participation, whether known or unknown. In doing so, I release and discharge Oasis Health Group LLC, its employees, subcontractors, and subsidiaries from any and all claims or causes of action—past, present, or future—arising out of my participation, including those due to negligence. This includes any claims related to use of the facilities, classes held off-site, or other sponsored events.

Property & Media Consent

I give permission to Oasis Health Group LLC to use photographs or video in which I may appear for promotional purposes. If I do not consent to being photographed, I understand it is my responsibility to inform instructors before class.
