✨ What to Expect:

* A relaxed 3-mile run with the girls
* All paces are welcome!!
* Time to meet new running girlies + build community
* Coffee (or matcha!) after to hang + chat

\*Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can say hi, get settled, and start on time!

\*We will meet by the plaza to the left of the coffee shop (with all the trees)!

Running

By participating in any 623 Run Club event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that running and participating in group fitness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, falls, collisions, or other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

2. Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless 623 Run Club, its organizers, leaders, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in any event.

3. Personal Responsibility
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this activity and will listen to my body, take necessary precautions, and run at my own risk. I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being during the event.

4. Medical Consent
In the event of an emergency, I authorize event organizers to seek medical assistance on my behalf if necessary.

5. Photo & Video Release
I understand that photos and videos may be taken during events. By participating, I grant 623 Run Club permission to use my likeness in photos, videos, and other media for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, and digital content, without compensation.
