Your  favorite weekend ritual is back. Our next Coffee & Vibes is bringing the same high-energy mix of coffee, movement, and community plus a few new twists to keep things fresh.

**Here’s the flow:**

Fuel up with *unlimited* freshly brewed specialty coffee from **Bespoke Coffee Roasters** and an assortment of pastries, then choose your workout path:

* **10:15 AM & 11:30 AM** – Center and strengthen with a Pilates session led by **Align Training Club**
* **11:30 AM** – Push your limits in a high-energy HIIT workout powered by **F45**
* **All Morning** - Grab a paddle and play at the onsite padel courts

Between workouts, keep the vibe going with:

* Live beats from **DJ Corduroy**
* **B12 injections** by **BioStation**
* Fresh juice from **Celis Juice Bar**
* **Recovery station** by **Free Flow**

You agree to take responsibility for your own and others health and well-being and property in relation to the activities that you undertake. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BESPOKE COFFEE LLC accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from participation in the COFFEE & VIBES event and other activities offered, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising under or in connection with BESPOKE COFFEE LLC. You agree to be responsible for your own property. Nothing in this waiver shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or limit any of our liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or exclude any of our liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law. By submitting this form, you confirm that you are 18 years of age (and competent to provide this waiver) or if under 18 years of age and you have read the waiver and indemnity carefully and understand the Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that you have read this waiver and agree to provide the indemnity requested. You acknowledge that you have agreed to submit your acceptance to this waiver without any inducement, assurance or guarantee, and intend this signing submission to serve as confirmation of your complete and unconditional acceptance of the Terms, Conditions and provisions of the waiver. 
Release of Liability
You hereby release and forever discharge BESPOKE COFFEE LLC from any liability or claims for damages that may arise because of your attendance at COFFEE & VIBES, and voluntary participation in, the event(s), including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of BESPOKE COFFEE LLC.
Indemnity
By participating in the COFFEE & VIBES, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BESPOKE COFFEE LLC, said entities officers, owners, employees, and agents, from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or by reason of complying with this indemnity clause. Participant’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, hereby release, remise, and forever discharge event BESPOKE COFFEE LLC and its entities owners, officers, employees and agents, from all manner of actions, causes of actions, suits, debts, judgments, executions, claims, demands whatsoever, known or unknown, in law or equity, which Participant has ever had, now have, may have, or claim against event BESPOKE COFFEE LLC.
