WAIVER & RELEASE
You agree to take responsibility for your own and others' health and well-being and property in relation to the activities that you undertake. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIBE COLLECTIVE LLC and SLASH FITNESS PERFORMANCE INC. accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from participation in the COFFEE & VIBES event and other activities offered, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising under or in connection with VIBE COLLECTIVE LLC and SLASH FITNESS PERFORMANCE INC.
You agree to be responsible for your own property. Nothing in this waiver shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or limit any of our liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or exclude any of our liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
By submitting this form, you confirm that you are 18 years of age (and competent to provide this waiver) or if under 18 years of age and you have read the waiver and indemnity carefully and understand the Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that you have read this waiver and agree to provide the indemnity requested. You acknowledge that you have agreed to submit your acceptance to this waiver without any inducement, assurance or guarantee, and intend this signing submission to serve as confirmation of your complete and unconditional acceptance of the Terms, Conditions and provisions of the waiver.
Release of Liability
You hereby release and forever discharge VIBE COLLECTIVE LLC and SLASH FITNESS PERFORMANCE INC. from any liability or claims for damages that may arise because of your attendance at COFFEE & VIBES, and voluntary participation in, the event(s), including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of VIBE COLLECTIVE LLC and SLASH FITNESS PERFORMANCE INC.
Indemnity
By participating in the COFFEE & VIBES event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIBE COLLECTIVE LLC and SLASH FITNESS PERFORMANCE INC., said entities' officers, owners, employees, and agents, from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of or by reason of complying with this indemnity clause.
Participant's heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, hereby release, remise, and forever discharge VIBE COLLECTIVE LLC and SLASH FITNESS PERFORMANCE INC. and their entities' owners, officers, employees and agents, from all manner of actions, causes of actions, suits, debts, judgments, executions, claims, demands whatsoever, known or unknown, in law or equity, which Participant has ever had, now have, may have, or claim against VIBE COLLECTIVE LLC and SLASH FITNESS PERFORMANCE INC.
