#### On the early Texas frontier, a full moon meant something different depending on where you stood.

#### To the Comanche, it was an invitation. When the moon was bright, they rode. Fast across rough country, covering ground with purpose, moving through terrain that most men feared after dark. They weren't running from anything. They were trained, disciplined, and moving with intention under a moon they had learned to use.

#### To the settlements, it was a warning. When the moon was full. Settlements knew it. Families stayed close. Neighbors banded together, because survival depended on standing shoulder to shoulder when something moved through the dark.

#### Same moon. Two different standards of readiness.

#### This ruck takes its name from those nights and both of those truths.

#### The Comanche Moon Ruck is a 13-mile night ruck through the Texas Hill Country. You step off after dark and move under weight through the quiet roads and hills of the Wimberley Valley, carrying what you need across the same kind of terrain where night movement once meant survival.

#### Men carry 20 pounds, plus gear. Women carry 10 pounds, plus gear.

#### Limited visibility. Uneven ground. Long stretches of nothing but boots on pavement and the person next to you.

#### You manage your pace. You pay attention. You keep moving. Not because it's easy. Because that's the standard.
