🏃🏻‍♀️ Workout Begins: 7:30 AM Sharp

We’ll kick things off with a guided track workout designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re training for a race, looking to improve your speed and endurance, or simply want to move your body alongside an encouraging community, this event is for you.

After the workout, we’ll turn up the energy with relay races and sprint competitions! Bring a team of 4 or create one at the event—either way, you’ll have a chance to compete, connect, and have fun.

🏆 Prizes and giveaways will be awarded to the winners of each relay race and sprint competition.
