Cold curious? New to breathwork? Just want a supportive way to reset your nervous system and meet the community?

Welcome.

**Community Breathwork + Cold Curious** is Löyly’s free weekly introduction to breathwork and cold exposure—designed for newcomers who want to explore contrast therapy in a grounded, guided, low-pressure way.

Led by **Dion**, these sessions are a chance to experience the Löyly vibe, learn practical breathwork tools, and gently step into cold immersion with support and encouragement.

No experience needed—just curiosity.



### **WHAT THIS IS**

This is not a workout.
Not a challenge.
Not an extreme cold plunge event.

It’s a welcoming community space to:

* explore breathwork for regulation + clarity
* learn how to approach cold exposure safely
* experience the benefits of contrast therapy in a guided way
* connect with others who are new (or returning) to Löyly

Held outdoors on our patio, these sessions are intentionally accessible and beginner-friendly.



**WHO IT’S FOR**

This series is perfect for you if you:

* are new to Löyly and want a free first experience
* feel curious about cold plunging but want guidance
* want to build nervous system resilience and calm
* love community wellness without pressure or performance
* are looking for a consistent weekly reset



### **COLD CURIOUS? WHAT TO BRING:**

If you plan to try the plunge, please bring:

* **Swimwear or athletic wear**
* Towel (optional)
* Water bottle
* Openness + curiosity

You’re always welcome to participate in breathwork only.

* **Wednesdays — 6:30 AM**
* **Wednesdays — 6:30 PM**
* **Sundays — 2:30 PM**

\*Only your first time is free! After that, it's $15
