# Weekly Breathwork with Dion (Free)

Reset your nervous system mid‑week with a guided breathwork experience led by our co‑founder, Dion. You’ll explore foundational breath practices alongside elements of the **Wim Hof Method** to build resilience, reduce stress, and put your body into a state of healing.

This is a **free, weekly** community class hosted at **Löyly**. Breathwork is held off‑heat; sauna and cold plunge are **not** included, but we encourage you to **book a 7:00 PM Contrast Therapy session** immediately after to experience the full effect of the practice.

## What to Expect

* 5‑minute welcome + intention setting
* 25‑30 minutes of guided breath cycles (foundational techniques + Wim Hof‑inspired rounds)
* Gentle integration + closing

You’ll leave grounded, calm, and primed for contrast therapy.

## Who It’s For

All levels are welcome—no prior experience required. Great for anyone seeking stress relief, faster recovery, improved sleep, and a stronger mind‑body connection.

## What to Bring

* Comfortable clothing for breathwork (no special gear needed)
* Water bottle
* Light layer or blanket (optional)

Mats and seats are provided.
