FULL CIRCLE COMMUNITY LLC EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This is a legally binding document. By registering for an event with Full Circle Community LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participating in health and wellness events, activities, or programs (collectively referred to as “Events”) organized by Full Circle Community LLC (“FullCircle”) and/or its partner facilities, including but not limited to host gyms, wellness centers, and other event locations (the “Host Facility”), involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, mental stress, property damage, or other harm that may result from my participation. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Events.

2. Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Events, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue FullCircle, the Host Facility, their owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm of any kind, including death, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, that may be sustained by me while participating in the Events or in any activities related to the Events.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Events.

4. Photo and Video Release

I acknowledge and agree that FullCircle, its sponsors, and partners may film, photograph, or otherwise record the Events. By registering for and attending an Event, I grant FullCircle and its sponsors an unrestricted, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, and display any photographs, videos, or other media containing my image, likeness, voice, or performance for purposes including, but not limited to:

Social media content

Advertising and promotional materials

Website use

Digital and print marketing

Distribution to FullCircle sponsors and partners for similar use

I understand that these materials may be used for commercial purposes and that I will not be entitled to any compensation for such use. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the context in which it is used.

5. Email Sharing and Marketing Consent

I understand and agree that by registering for an Event, FullCircle may share my email address with its sponsors and partner organizations for marketing, promotional, and sales purposes. I acknowledge that I may receive emails, offers, or communications from these third parties, and that I may opt out at any time by following their respective unsubscribe processes.

6. Medical Treatment

I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Events. I understand that I am responsible for all costs associated with such treatment.

7. Governing Law

This Waiver and Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which FullCircle is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8. Severability

If any provision of this Waiver and Release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be severed from this agreement, and the remainder shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have read this Waiver and Release, fully understand its terms, and acknowledge that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I sign this agreement freely and voluntarily, intending my registration to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
