Community Flow – Celebrating International Women's Day

Join us for a special donation-based sunset rooftop yoga experience in honor of International Women’s Day at the beautiful Uma House South Beach.

This all-levels flow is designed to celebrate women in movement, community, and business. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and grounding meditation, we’ll create space to reconnect with yourself while honoring the strength and power of women coming together.

Following class, guests are invited to stay and connect while discovering a curated showcase of women-owned brands featuring apparel, shoes, and nourishing offerings.

Expect golden sunset light, uplifting energy, and an intentional atmosphere designed to foster connection, presence, and community.
