Sunday Grounding

Sunday Grounding is a community with a focus on mind-body connection and community in nature. We are dedicated to increasing outdoor access and comfort, and enabling women and people of color to optimize their lives through the healing power of Mother Nature. Through weekly grounding activities like hiking, biking, hammocking, breathwork, yoga, camping, and more, we help our community find success and renewal in the week ahead. We believe that the nervous system regulation you experience while outdoors is an imperative step in living to our best abilities.
