Join us for the June Community Hike! A day of connection, exploration, and farmers market shopping! This scenic \~2 mile hike is unpaved with a few hills, suitable for those with good balance and strong cores. We will close at the Ramsey Farmers market where those interested can buy fresh produce for their week!



**WE WILL MEET AT THE BEAVER VALLEY LOT ALONG BRANDYWINE CREEK ROAD.**


**What to Expect:**

\- Guided Breathwork: Start your journey with calming breath exercises to center yourself and enhance your connection with nature. 🌬️

\- Meditative Walk: As we stroll along the scenic trail, enjoy moments of mindfulness and meditation to deepen your sense of inner peace and awareness. 🧘‍♀️🚶‍♂️

\- Easy **unpaved** Trail: This hike is \~2 miles and is suitable for fitness levels with good balance as most of the trail is unpaved 🌼



**Highlights:**

\- Connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive environment 🤝

-We will closeout with a visit to the Ramsey Farmers Market on the farm premises.

PARTICIPANT LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM

By signing this waiver, you agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge and understand that participation in outdoor and nature-based activities, including but not limited to hiking, camping, biking, forest bathing, and somatic exercises, involves inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to: trips, slips, falls, insect bites, weather conditions, animal encounters, dehydration, and physical exertion. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and take full responsibility for my participation.

2. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Whitney Wideman, Sunday Grounding, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, affiliates, and event partners (collectively referred to as “the Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, for any injuries, losses, or damages (including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death) that may arise from or in connection with my participation in the event.

3. Medical Acknowledgment
I affirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in this event. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional prior to participating, especially if I have any pre-existing health conditions. I authorize the event organizers to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary.

4. Photo/Video Release
I grant permission for photos and/or video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes by Sunday Grounding, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials. (If you do not consent to this, please email us Whitney@sundaygrounding.com)

5. Binding Agreement
I understand that this waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, legal representatives, and assigns. If any part of this waiver is found to be invalid, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
