Warmup:
standing stretch
seated breath work and pre pilates
floor work seated
floor work supine
floor work side lying
floor work quadruped/tabletop
floor work prone
supine cool down
standing cooldown and stretch 

this class includes planks. this routine has modifications, of course :)

i am trauma informed and certified in classical mat and sculpt.

this class is small for form focus, and also to create a safe space in our community to gain strength together.
