Join us from 9:00–10: 30 AM for a morning of movement, community, and intentional prayer as we step outside the studio together. Our friends at PUR gum has gifted us gum for the event!

* if you are closer to our Nashville location! We’ll walk around OneCity. RSVP at our other sweatpals invite!

As we walk, we’ll take time to slow down, reflect, and pray together. We encourage you to walk alongside a friend (or meet someone new), share a prayer, and spend the morning focusing on gratitude for our community, the people around us, and the ways God is at work in our lives.
