We’re starting something we’ve wanted to do for a while.

Every Thursday from 6–8 PM, Vital Lounge is opening its doors for a Community Recovery Club—a place where runners, athletes, fitness coaches, wellness professionals, and anyone who loves living a healthy lifestyle can come together.

No workout. No membership. No pressure.

Just come hang out, recover, meet new people, and be part of a community that’s all about health and wellness.

We’ll have:
