**9:00 AM** – Meet up
**9:10 AM** – Run & Walk groups hit the streets *(see pace groups below)*

**10 AM -** Reconvene & Connect with amigas over coffee&#x20;

🏃‍♀️ **Pace Groups**

**Sexy Pace (2 miles)** – 18–20+ min/mile (Walkers)
**Sazón Pace (5K)** –12–14 min/mile (Light jog/run-walk)

Liability Waiver, Release of Claims & Media Consent

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in running, fitness, and related activities with the Latina Baddie Run Club by The LiLA Society (“the Club”) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, accidents, falls, weather-related conditions, and other risks that may arise during activities, whether organized or informal.

I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume all risks associated with my participation.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Latina Baddie Run Club, The LiLA Society, its founders, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability arising out of or related to my participation, including personal injury, property damage, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Responsibility

I affirm that I am physically able to participate in these activities and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I understand that the Club does not provide medical advice, supervision, or emergency medical care. I am solely responsible for my own health and well-being.

4. Code of Conduct

I agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by organizers and to conduct myself in a respectful and responsible manner during all activities.

5. Media Release & Social Media Consent

I understand that photographs and/or videos may be taken during Club activities and may be used for promotional purposes on The LiLA Society’s website and social media platforms.

I grant permission for my image and likeness to be used unless I notify the organizers in advance that I do not wish to appear on social media. I understand it is my responsibility to communicate this preference prior to participation via email to hola@thelilasociety.com.

6. Acknowledgment & Agreement

I have read this waiver carefully, understand its contents, and sign it freely and voluntarily. I understand that by signing this document, I am giving up certain legal rights.
