Join us for a powerful Sound Bath Meditation, a moment to come back to yourself and exhale what no longer belongs to you.



**New to sound meditation?** No experience needed. You simply lie down or sit comfortably and receive the sound. Using therapeutic instruments  to  wash over and through you, guiding your mind and body into deep rest. There's nothing to do but breathe and let the sound do the work.



**This session is designed to:**

* Bring clarity to your next move
* Help you let go of what you've been carrying
* Remind you of the peace that's always been yours
* Lighten the mental load and lift your spirit

**Bring Your Essentials:** a mat, blanket, pillow, water, or anything else you need to rest fully and deeply.&#x20;
