Join us for the OWN YOU Summer Bash  a morning centered around movement, confidence, faith, and community. This event was created to remind women that confidence isn’t something you have to wait to earn someday. You are allowed to step into who God created you to be now.



Expect an intentional morning filled with a full-body workout, meaningful conversations, wellness experiences, community, and moments that pour back into you mentally, physically, and spiritually.
